Pick Lists (for internal use)
A Pick List is a document for your warehouse staff telling them what to grab from the shelves.
Standard Pick List: Shows SKU, Product Name, and Quantity.
Bin Location: If you use EasyScan Bin Locations, the list will automatically sort items by their location (e.g., A1 before B2) to create the fastest walking route.
Generating: Select orders in the Order Index -> Click "Print Pick List".
Packing Slips (customer facing)
The Packing Slip goes inside the box for the customer.
Standard Layout: Includes your Logo, Order Items, and Return Address.
Barcode Integration: EasyScan adds a scannable barcode to the packing slip. This allows packers to simply scan the paper to open the order on their screen, saving time typing order numbers.
Customization options
Go to Settings > Packing slip or Pick list to:
Hide/Show Product Images.
Hide/Show Prices.
Add a custom footer message (e.g., "Thank you for your business!").
