Pick Lists (for internal use)
A Pick List is a document for your warehouse staff telling them what to grab from the shelves.
Standard Pick List: Shows SKU, Product Name, and Quantity.
Bin locations can be displayed on pick lists. To sort by them, choose bin location as the sorting option in Settings → Pick list; assigning bins does not automatically choose that sort order.
Generating: Select orders in the Order Index -> Click "Print Pick List".
Packing Slips (customer facing)
The Packing Slip goes inside the box for the customer.
Barcode Integration: EasyScan adds a scannable barcode to the packing slip. This allows packers to simply scan the paper to open the order on their screen, saving time typing order numbers.
Customise your documents
Use Settings → Packing slip and Settings → Pick list to select the columns, images, logos, sorting and footer content you need. Packing slips support custom metafield content and optional bundle-group attributes; preview a sample order to check the result.
From a digital pick list, Export CSV exports the current working list as line items. PDF printing remains available. Advanced and Pro stores can optionally use PrintNode to send supported documents to a configured printer. A browser download remains available where the page offers it.
