This tutorial will show you how to enable the packability status within EasyScan.
This packability status is used to show you which orders you are currently able to fulfill. Let's look at the steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings
Navigate to the settings page in EasyScan within the orders tab.
Step 2: Access Order Index
Scroll down to the Order Index section.
Step 3: Enable Packability
Within Order Index, you'll see an option for Packability. This requires the Advanced Plan.
Enable Show Packability status.
Step 4: Adjust Large Orders Setting
If you regularly have orders that go over 250 line items, enable the Check large orders setting.
Please note this will be slower than if it were disabled.
Step 5: Save Settings
Save the settings. Now, once you go to the Orders page, you'll see a new column for stock that indicates the fulfillment status.
If an order is able to be fulfilled, it will say in stock. If there is insufficient stock, it will say short with a yellow badge.
Step 6: Filter Orders
You can also filter by packable orders. Add a filter for packable and choose to filter these orders.
Step 7: Troubleshoot Column Visibility
If you are not seeing this column after enabling it, ensure you select a location and are not on the All Locations tab. This is necessary because we check stock at a specific location before displaying this badge.
