In EasyScan, order fulfillment is a very big feature. There are three main flows: pick, pack, and check. Let's look at the steps:

Step 1: Access Order Screen
From the order screen, you can see all your current orders. You have different custom order views that you can set, such as unfulfilled orders and fulfilled orders.

Step 2: Create Custom View
You can create a new custom view and add filters for status and fulfillment status.

Step 3: Check Inventory
Go to your order screen, select a location, and if you're on the advanced plan, run a check against your inventory to see which orders are fulfillable.

Step 4: Remove Filter
If you remove this filter, you'll see a 'checking' status. Depending on the number of items in the order, it will inform you about which items you don't have enough of to pack.

Step 5: Generate Pick List
Select your orders and create a digital pick list, PDF pick list, or PDF packing slip. The pick list generates information including bin locations, items, and allows you to scan the SKU barcode to confirm the product.

Step 6: Complete Pick
Once done, select 'complete pick' to tag those orders as picked.

Step 7: Select Orders for Packing
Select a single order or multiple orders and check for specific products with tags or customer notes. A modal will show relevant information before packing.

Step 8: Pack Orders
Scan the SKU barcode and complete the pack for fulfilled orders.

Step 9: Verify Packed Items
Once you click into the check flow, verify that you've packed all the correct items before sending them out. Complete the check for any of the stages.

Step 10: Print Documentation
You can print the check slip, packing slip for unfulfilled orders, address labels, gift notes, or barcode labels from here.
