Create order builds a Shopify draft order from scanned barcodes/SKUs or manually selected products. It is available on Standard and above.
Open Create order, add products, and check each variant and quantity.
Optionally add a customer, notes, PO number, and order or line-item discounts.
Select Create draft order to save a draft. Use Open order on save if you want to continue in Shopify.
To collect payment, open the draft in Shopify and use the payment or invoice options available for your store.
Create paid order is different: it completes the draft as paid after confirmation. Use it when payment has already been collected appropriately; it does not charge a card for you.
Use View draft orders to find saved drafts. Open drafts can be edited and saved with Update draft order. Completed drafts can be duplicated into a new draft rather than edited. Review the duplicate before creating a new order.
