Custom columns everywhere, richer receiving reports, and more control over purchase orders
Customize columns on your Transfer Orders and Orders lists.
The column customizer that already lives on Purchase Orders now works on the Transfer Orders and Orders index pages too. Drag to reorder, and show or hide the columns you don't need, so each list shows exactly the information you work with.Receiving logs now show full cost and quantity detail on both PDF and CSV.
The receiving-log report gains ordered quantity, accepted quantity, unit cost, received cost, price, total price, and the PO name — and any PO-level cost adjustments (discount, freight, shipping, duties) now print too. The CSV export is finally at parity with the PDF, so exported data is as complete as the printed version.Add a cancel date to purchase orders.
A new optional cancel date marks the point after which a supplier should not ship an order. It appears on the PO form, the PO PDF, the receiving report, and the reports panel.Choose barcode or SKU independently when updating variants.
The combined barcode & SKU options on purchase orders are now four separate toggles, so you can assign or update a barcode (UPC) without touching the SKU, or vice versa. Existing settings carry over unchanged.Print a note on every PO for a supplier.

Purchase orders go multi-currency, faster to start, and far more detailed on paper
See purchase order costs and totals in your supplier's currency.
Set a currency per supplier and EasyScan shows line costs and PO totals in that currency with a live conversion to your store currency, so you can match a supplier's quote or invoice without doing the maths by hand. Existing values are never silently re-converted — changing a supplier's currency only affects new purchase orders.Start a draft purchase order from just a supplier and destination.
You no longer have to add a product before a draft can be created. Pick the supplier and the destination location, save the draft, then add products whenever you're ready. (A PO still needs at least one product before you can mark it as ordered.)A much more detailed receiving report PDF.
The purchase order receiving log PDF now matches the on-screen detail: ordered quantity, received this session vs. received PO-to-date, rejected quantity, unit and received cost, and retail price — and it prints your store-facing PO name instead of an internal ID. Supplier Catalog Pricing, PO Ship Dates & Custom Name Exports
Set per-supplier cost and minimum order quantity on the supplier catalog.
Record what each supplier charges for a variant and their minimum order quantity directly in the catalog. When you create a PO, EasyScan uses the supplier's recorded cost and applies their MOQ in quantity suggestions — falling back to the Shopify cost when none is set.Add a ship date to purchase orders.
Record the date you want a vendor to ship an order. It's available on the PO detail page, as an optional index column, and on CSV and PDF exports.Print or export only what was received on a purchase order.

The in-app phone camera scanner has been rebuilt for faster capture, better low-light performance, and clearer on-screen prompts across iOS and Android browsers.
Operators can keep scanning from handheld devices when Bluetooth scanners aren’t nearby, with fewer misreads and smoother handoffs between screens.
