Smart generate purchase orders from inventory requirements.
A new "Smart generate" option on the Purchase Orders index builds a PO automatically — select a supplier and destination, configure suggestion rules (reorder point, target levels, MOQ), and EasyScan creates a pre-filled purchase order with the right products and quantities.Bulk import bin locations via CSV.
Paste CSV data with SKU and bin location columns, validate against your catalogue, then import in Add (append) or Overwrite (replace) mode — following the same flow as barcode alias bulk import.Sort the check inventory product list by name, SKU, or bin location.
A new Sort button on the check inventory page lets you reorder scanned products while keeping the most recently scanned item pinned at the top.Set a default reply-to email and attach CSV when emailing purchase orders.
PO email now supports a configurable reply-to address and an optional CSV attachment alongside the PDF, with a clearer multi-step loading state.Add a total value summary row to PO CSV exports.
