Start with the work you need EasyScan to do. Each plan includes everything in the plans below it.

• Basic: Create barcodes and SKUs, and print product labels.

• Standard: Scan inventory and handle everyday picking, packing and order fulfilment.

• Advanced: Manage purchasing, transfers, stocktakes and reporting, with up to 6 active EasyScan users.

• Pro: Discover suggested purchase and transfer orders, plus unlimited users and batch templates, barcode aliases, and location roles.

Newer features to explore

EasyScan now helps you spot stock problems, plan replenishment and keep your team moving. Here are the newer tools to look for:

• All plans — Barcode & SKU audit: Find missing or duplicate barcodes and SKUs across your catalog.

• Standard and above — Put-away and inventory alerts: Put received stock into bin locations and get a daily email digest when inventory runs low.

• Advanced and above — Stocktakes: Run stock counts, compare counted quantities with recorded inventory and review discrepancies.

• Advanced and above — Supplier catalogs and Smart Generate: Build purchase and transfer orders from replenishment needs. Demand forecasting uses sales velocity and supplier lead times to help calculate what to order.

• Advanced and above — Reports and AI insights: Explore stock health through inventory reports and use AI activity insights to understand operational trends.

• Advanced and above — Smarter alerts: Add instant notifications, days-of-cover thresholds and restock conditions so alerts reflect how your locations replenish stock.

• Pro — Suggested orders: Review proactive purchase and transfer recommendations based on demand, lead times and available stock. Open a suggestion in the order editor, review it and save when ready.

• Pro — Slack inventory alerts: Send alerts into your team’s workspace. Available to stores with rollout access after connecting Slack.

Prices at a glance

All prices are in USD. Annual billing costs the same as 10 monthly payments, saving approximately 17% over a full year. Annual plans are billed once per year.

Eligible stores receive a 10-day free trial. Your Shopify subscription approval screen shows the price and trial dates that apply to your store, including any valid offer.

*Slack inventory alerts require Pro and rollout access for your store. Stocktakes and other preview or pilot features may also depend on availability in your store. Shopify Shipping eligibility and setup requirements still apply; postage is separate from your EasyScan subscription.

The differences that matter

Basic or Standard?

Choose Basic if you only need barcodes, SKUs and product labels. Choose Standard if you also want to scan products to check or change stock, create draft orders, or pick, pack and fulfil orders.

Standard or Advanced?

Choose Advanced when you need purchase orders, supplier catalogs, Smart Generate, stocktakes, reports or separate accounts for your team.

Quick transfers are different from transfer orders: Standard lets you move stock immediately between locations. Advanced adds transfer orders so you can track dispatch and receiving.

Inventory alerts also expand on Advanced:

• Standard: Up to 3 rules, fixed stock thresholds, daily digest delivery and 1 email recipient per rule. Rules watch locations individually across all locations.

• Advanced and Pro: More than 3 rules, instant or daily digest delivery, and up to 5 email recipients per rule. You can watch a specific location, use inventory minimums or days of cover, and only alert when another location has stock available to replenish it.

• Pro: Adds Slack delivery for stores with rollout access and a connected workspace.

Advanced or Pro?

Choose Pro for proactive Suggested orders, or if you need more than 6 active EasyScan users, more than 1 saved order-batch template, or barcode aliases that let multiple barcodes identify the same variant. Pro also adds user statistics (Beta) and location roles to control which locations each user can work with.

Advanced already includes purchase orders, transfer orders, stocktakes and inventory reports. You do not need Pro just to use those features.

Trial, billing and plan changes

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Open the EasyScan subscription page to choose another plan or billing interval. Review any charge details shown by Shopify before confirming. If you downgrade, features and limits will follow your new plan.

Does every store receive a new 10-day trial?

No. Trial eligibility depends on your store’s previous trial usage. Valid promotional offers may change the duration. Check the Shopify approval screen for your actual trial dates.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall EasyScan from Shopify admin to cancel your subscription and stop future renewals. An already-generated charge may still appear on your Shopify bill.Last updated: 2026-09-17
