Bulk update EasyScan Bin Locations

You can bulk import bin locations directly in EasyScan on Standard and above.

1. Open Bin locations → Bulk import via CSV.

2. Prepare a CSV with SKU or Barcode, plus Bin Location. Use one bin per row and repeat the identifier to assign several bins to an item.

3. Choose Add to append bins without replacing the existing values, or Overwrite to replace existing bins with the CSV values.

4. Upload the file, review the validation and matched products, then confirm the import.

5. Check the results and correct any failed rows.

Files can contain up to 1,000 rows and be up to 2 MB. The configured maximum bins per item still applies.

If you prefer Matrixify, use the metafield owner type, namespace and key configured in Settings → Bin locations. Do not assume every store uses my_fields.bin_location. Matrixify distinguishes product columns (Metafield: …) from variant columns (Variant Metafield: …); follow Matrixify’s metafield guidance.
