Use Inventory count for a quick count and discrepancy report on Standard and above. Use Stocktakes on Advanced or Pro when you need a saved count, separate counting sessions and a dedicated review workflow.

Multiple counters can use separate checks within one barcode stocktake. Divide the physical stock into clear areas so units are not counted twice. Before applying a count, review any stock movements that occurred while counting and confirm whether the session uses Available or On hand.
