Where to find it
Open Analytics from the main navigation. From there, click User analytics to switch to the per-staff view.
Plans. Analytics needs the Advanced plan or higher. User analytics needs the Pro plan — below Pro, the "User analytics" button is disabled with an upgrade prompt.
Shop-wide Analytics
An order activity card shows five tiles — Picked, Packed, Fulfilled, Checked, Created — each with a last-30-day count, a sparkline, the trend versus the previous 30 days, and an all-time total.
Below that, a chart lets you switch between action tabs (Picked, Packed, Fulfilled, Checked, Created), a date range, and a metric. Metrics are Order count, Avg time per order, Avg line items, and Avg quantity — Created only offers Order count, since a created order has no throughput data yet.
Date ranges: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, or All time — computed in your shop's local timezone. Only complete order actions count; partially picked or packed orders aren't included.
Use the CSV export to download the chart's on-screen series for further analysis.
User analytics
User analytics breaks activity down per staff member instead of shop-wide. The same tab, date-range, and metric controls apply, but the chart plots one line per staff user plus a shop-wide "team average" benchmark line. Below the chart, a data table lists every user's value for the selected action and metric, with an average row. Logs not tied to a known user show as "Unassigned."
CSV export here produces a name-by-date matrix rather than a single series.
